This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a legal entity, hereinafter "Licensee") and Stow ("Stow," "we," or "us"), acting as the authorized licensor for the content Creator ("Creator").
By purchasing, downloading, or using any UI component, block, template, or digital asset ("Asset") from the Stow marketplace, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1.1. "Licensee" means the individual or Organization that has purchased the license using Stow Credits. 1.2. "Organization" means the business entity (e.g., LLC, Corporation, Agency) associated with the Stow account, if applicable. 1.3. "Authorized User" means a specific individual employee, contractor, or representative of the Licensee who is authorized to access the Stow account and use the Assets. 1.4. "Asset" means the source code, design files, and digital materials associated with a component purchased on Stow. 1.5. "End Product" means any digital artifact (website, mobile app, web application, software) produced that incorporates the Asset along with other substantive content or code. 1.6. "Client" means an individual or entity receiving custom professional services directly from the Licensee, for whom the End Product is produced.
Subject to the payment of applicable Credits, Stow grants You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Asset. Your access rights (number of users) are determined by your Membership Tier at the time of purchase:
2.1. Basic & Pro Tiers (Individual License)
2.2. Team Tier (Multi-User License)
2.3. Enterprise Tier (Unlimited License)
Regardless of your Tier, you are permitted to:
3.1. Unlimited Projects. Use the Asset to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your own business.
3.2. Client Work. Use the Asset to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients, provided the ownership of the raw Asset source code remains with You (the Licensee) for development purposes. The Client receives the End Product (the compiled/finished app), not the right to reuse the Asset for other projects.
3.3. Modification. Modify, combine, or adapt the Asset to create derivative works for use in your End Products.
3.4. Commercial SaaS. Use the Asset in a commercial SaaS (Software as a Service) application or self-hosted web application where End Users pay a fee to use the application, provided the Asset is not the primary value being sold as a standalone UI tool.
3.5. Lifetime Access. Retain access to the specific version of the Asset you purchased indefinitely, even if your subscription ends (though you will lose access to new downloads/updates if you cancel your membership).
4.1. No Redistribution of Source. You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the Asset (or derivatives of the Asset) to any third party "as is," or as a separate attachment from an End Product.
4.2. No "Page Builders" or Competitors. You strictly cannot use the Asset to create:
4.3. No Open Source Extraction. While you may use the Asset in a project where the compiled result is free/open source, you may not include the raw source code of the Asset in a public repository (such as GitHub) in a manner that allows third parties to extract and use the Asset separately from your End Product.
4.4. Seat Management & Security.
5.1. Digital Nature. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital assets and source code, Stow generally does not issue refunds once an Asset has been downloaded.
5.2. Exceptions. Refunds may be considered, at Stow’s sole discretion, only if:
5.3. Invalid Reasons. We do not grant refunds for change of mind, coding style preferences, lack of technical expertise, or purchases made by mistake after the file has been downloaded.
6.1. "As Is." The Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2. Liability Cap. In no event shall Stow or the Creator be liable for any damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Asset. In any case, Stow’s entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You (in Credits) for the specific Asset.
